What we collect and why

If you contact Anchorwise, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and project description. We use them to respond, discuss the scope, prepare a quote, and keep a record of that conversation.

How the contact route works

The default website form prepares a message in your email application; the website does not submit it automatically. It reaches us when you send that email. Email services process the message as part of delivery. If the website is configured to use a hosted form service, that provider also processes your submission; the form will identify the active route. A WhatsApp link, if enabled, opens WhatsApp and is subject to that service’s terms.

Service providers and access

Website hosting, email, and any enabled form provider may process information needed to provide their services. We do not sell enquiry details. Information is used for the enquiry and related project administration, with access limited to those who need it for that purpose.

Records and requests

We keep enquiry records while discussing your project and for related administration. You can ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing info@anchorwise.co.za. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or statutory purposes.

Reporting pilot data

Do not send business datasets through an initial enquiry. Data required for a pilot, transfer methods, authorised access, retention, and any use of AI services are agreed separately before business records are received.

Cookies and analytics

This delivered website includes no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or cookie-based marketing. Its images and styling are hosted with the site. If analytics or other tracking is added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated to reflect the active configuration.
